ADMIST THE STARS AND PARALLAX

Astronomy homework. That I completely and utterly forgot about. EEKS! As always, I'm procrastination and waiting until it's practically due to start my assignment. When will I ever learn? Still, my addiction to tumblr is getting way out of hand. These inspirational photos make me feel on top of the world invincible and believe that anything is possible. It must be amazing to have that sort of mentality, I wonder if I'll ever be able to achieve it. I can only hope so.

Time for another list.
It's a bit like a bucket list.
Tailored just for me.

TEN THINGS I WANT TO DO BEFORE THE SEMESTER ENDS:
1. Hike, climb and conquer the Big C. Then proceed to have a lovely picnic on top of it.
2. Try something, anything that I haven't done before.
3. Finish an essay without having to pull an all nighter.
4. Appreciate something for the way it is and the fact that nothing needs to change.
5. Appreciate something for the way it is yet have the burning urge to change it.
6. Make a stranger smile.
7. Feel prepared for a test.
8. TURN 18! (6 days and counting!)
9. Make somebody's day.
10. Have one unforgettable night (NOT THAT KIND OF NIGHT SHEESH!)

SO REAL, LIKE BUTTER

"Another year is fast approaching. Go be that starving artist you’re afraid to be. Open up that journal and get poetic finally. Volunteer. Suck it up and travel. You were not born here to work and pay taxes. You were put here to be part of a vast organism to explore and create. Stop putting it off. The world has much more to offer than what’s on 15 televisions at TGI Fridays. Take pictures. Scare people. Shake up the scene. Be the change you want to see in the world. You'll thank yourself for it."
-Jason Mraz

YES, YES, MANY TIMES YES! This is exactly how I want to, how I yearn to live my life. I just hope I'll find the courage to actually go through with it.

MY MAIN MAN

"I like people who have a sense of individuality, I love expression and anything awkward and imperfect, because that's natural and that's real."

WORD VOMIT!

Lately I've been really blog happy and I'm on a posting splurge, too bad theres no readers reading my awesome word vomits! Anyways, I just woke up and it's a bea-U-tiful day in Berkeley...sadly I don't feel like I'm going to be out and about today because I still feel like a lobster. A lobster you ask? At the game yesterday, I got sunburned like I've never been sunburned before, I look like I have a permanent asian glow. Even my RA thought I was intoxicated last night when I absolutely was not. So I'll probably opt to stay in and eat my yummy sour patch watermelons. On another note, when I woke up today, I felt a surge of inspiration (thanks to alice in wardrobe wonderland and their freaking glamorous postings that make me drool a ridiculous amount of saliva and my insomniac blog surfing). The people below are my idols, my obsessies, my loves, the people who I wish were my big sisters:

I'm such a big fan of the casual-messy-chic-I-just-rolled-out-of-bed-and-I-look-like-sex look. It looks so easily put together but so so impossible to replicate. I'll continue trying and trying and trying until I get this look down stone cold.
